1 Introduction and Purpose of These Terms

These "Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement that any person accessing the n52aa platform (https://n52aa.vip) must follow.

By accessing this platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2 Account Registration and Accuracy of Personal Information

2.2 One Account Per Player Policy

3 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount at n52aa is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount are not accepted.

3.2 Deposit Timing

3.3 Deposit Ownership

4 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Requests below this amount will not be accepted.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• At least one deposit and one completed wagering round must have been made
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met

4.3 Withdrawal Refusal

If suspicious activity is found in a player's transaction history, n52aa may suspend the withdrawal request and carry out an investigation. Payment will not be made until the investigation is concluded.

5 Welcome Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On their first deposit, players will receive a bonus equal to 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 10. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 40,000 Ks → wagering required: 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks or more → receive maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks → balance becomes 620,000 Ks → wagering required: 200,000 × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another player or exchanged for cash
• n52aa may change or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice
• Certain games built for bonus play (such as Roulette, Baccarat, and Dragon Tiger) may have restricted wagering contribution limits

6 Game Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

n52aa strictly prohibits unfair practices, including collusion (sharing live game data between players), botting (using software to gain an advantage), and bonus abuse (manipulating gameplay to extract funds).

6.2 Restricted Betting Methods

• Two-sided betting during bonus wagering
• Multiple players accessing or playing on a single account at the same time
• Playing for the purpose of money laundering

If any of these policy violations are found, the player's account may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited without prior notice.

7 VIP Program

The n52aa VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up through the tiers based on their wagering volume.

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.5% of the week's total wagering amount
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 1.0% of the week's total wagering amount
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.5% of the week's total wagering amount

VIP cashback can be withdrawn without any bonus wagering requirement, though the standard minimum withdrawal amount of 30,000 Ks still applies. VIP tier criteria and wagering requirements may be adjusted by n52aa from time to time.

8 Refer a Friend Program

An n52aa referrer can receive 8% of their referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per referral. In addition, the referrer will earn a weekly commission of 0.2% of the referred players' valid wagering amount.

To be eligible for these rewards, both the referrer and the referred player must each hold a legitimate, separate account with n52aa. If accounts are found to have been opened solely to claim bonus rewards, the rewards may be forfeited.
